Repeatedly ignore accessibility requirements

I have lost count of the times when this practice has ignored my repeated request NOT to call me. I am autistic and have ADHD. I have informed this surgery so many times not to call or to arrange phone appointments, yet they continue to ignore my accessibility needs requests. I have written to the practice manager several times, and each time been assured it won't happen again, that she'd speak to her staff blah blah blah only for it to continue to happen. Each time it makes me anxious and I then have to email thenprcatuce to find out what they wanted and why they're once again calling me. Although I have complained abut this previously, this appears to be the only time that they've actually taken it as a formal complaint. They've also removed multiple ways of contacting them online. This is supposed to be a national health service! You can't have a health service that excludes people, wspecially those with specific medical needs!
