Original Feedback for Wymondham Medical Partnership:

Lack of contiunuity

The turnover of doctors is ridiculous and this affects continuity. I have complex medical needs and I haven't seen the same doctor for ages. I actually had to request to see one of the partners regularly. The last time I saw a male doctor he spoke to my husband and not me, about me. You're only allowed to discuss one issue for an appointment so now I'm having to make a separate one for another thing and another thing and another thing. There seems to be too many chiefs and not enough Indians. There's not enough on reception and it depends who you get as to what help you get. There is one particularly lovely receptionist who will actually help you and do what they say they're going to do. But sometimes the phone just rings out and out and doesn't get answered.
