Last time I visited my Mum I noticed that her personal care paperwork hadn't been filled out. Also, it would be good if the home could run a group for family members of residents to talk to one another, I think you can learn a lot from meeting people in the same position to you.

Looking after my husband well

Wyndham House Care are looking after my husband very well. He had to go into the home because he had a stroke and it caused vascular dementia. I wasn't able to look after him at home so it was best for him. He's settled down quite well since March and knows who I am when I visit. It's near enough that I can visit regularly.
