Booked appt for 1700 with the Dr. 45mins later I was seen!
My wife accompanied me as I struggle to hear this doctor as he whispers with an accent. Very hard to grasp what he is saying. I had to keep asking him to repeat himself.
Found him to be very condescending and unhelpful.
This surgery continues to get worse. I have been a patient for 27 years and its been years since I have been able to see a good GP doctor.
Shame you cant aware zero or minus stars!

I had problems which I thought only a GP could deal with so I requested a GP appointment. I was told it would be at least 5 weeks and be put on a waiting list . 8 weeks later I was given an appointment but I found out it was a paramedic who dealt with it.
They sent a link for feedback but I have not got a smartphone so could not access it.
When I rang they could not send a form
I should add that the previous practice manager published his e mail ad in the local press but they will not give ... out the current practice managers address

Practitioner's command of English and manner unacceptable, no name badge no compassion. Only part medication review everything else left with instructions for dispensary staff would need to phone message orders in as unable to order online!! Staff very patronising using phases such as -My Lovely- totally unprofessional, giving slapdash impression and lack of professional standards. No managers on duty to complain too, given a generic email address, when requested a secure email for a member of t ... he management team.

Reception staff are constantly misleading, giving inaccurate information that changes every time you speak to them. No accountability, practice manager can't even be bothered to respond. A total shambles.

Every time I ring, no spaces for phone appt dial 111, anouther time go to A E

East Harling Surgery has become more and more dangerous over the years with very little accountability of the reception staff or dispensary staff. East Harling Surgery have got a very poor attitude with Children and Adults with Autism, ADHD and Specific Learning Disabilities often providing miss information which could been seen as a safeguarding concern. The area in which they cover is extremely large and access by any means of transportation often means patients from places like Great Hockham ... are finding it extremely hard to access without personal vehicles and often have to travel further to the partner surgery in Kenninghall. Dispensary staff lack of accountability has resulted in hospitalisation of multiple family members with heart issues and diabetes as wrong medication dispensed or inadequate storage of sensitive medications. Lack of consistency means different doctor each time who are apprehensive of taking health concerns.

My husband sees a different doctor every time. That is his only gripe. It would be a great improvement if you could see the same doctor every time. A while ago I saw a practice nurse and I feel I was mis-diagnosed. I was able to get an appointment with a doctor and we resolved it that way. There is a lack of continuity there at the surgery. I must say that the receptionists are all lovely. They are very helpful and cheerful. But it's so hard to get through on the phone! You call up and you're al ... ready so far back in the queue.

I caught a virus and couldn't breathe, I kept phoning and phoning, but I
couldn't get anyone and it took many times for me to get in. Even though I
could hardly talk and couldn't walk far because I couldn't breathe. The
receptionist was lovely, she spoke to the duty doctor and finally they
phoned me back. I saw a doctor who was a star - they realised it was a
heart problem and sent me to the hospital for an ECG. I was kept in for a
week! I've always ran my own business and never aske ... d for help, but I've
been so poorly. Three consultants have sent letters to say it was badly
managed. Last week I saw a lady here who was useless and looked at me
like I was something off the bottom of her shoe. I wanted to know if my
throat issues were due to my heart medications, but she kept talking about
my HRT

I think they are doing their best, but they need more staff and more staff.
Because of the amount of new houses being built they just can't cope.
I have been waiting nearly 2 months for an appointment to see a doctor
and it is at least a 2 week wait to see a nurse.
They are doing some Saturday clinics to try and catch up, but it is still such
a long wait. When you see someone the staff are very good but is just such
a struggle to get in.

I have never had any trouble with the surgery and can get an appointment
when needed.
They have been very supportive while my husband has been in hospital.
I find the staff to be polite and helpful
