Give the pharmacy at least a week, but medicines are never ready. Long queues.Took four visits to collect everything prescribed. Looks chaotic- students rummaging through boxes of stuff on the floor. Really bad for elderly people with mobility problems.
... and after waiting in queue for 30 minutes I was informed that they had no Oramorph. I immediately complained that that was not good enough and that it was my third visit to them that day, I also explained that I was in extreme pain and not getting any sleep due to this. On hearing how I was feeling they miraculously produced 50ml of the 100ml the Dr prescribed. My issue here is that as a fully qualified Pharmacist surely if a patient has been prescribed an oral morphine medication then isn't it obvious that they must be in extreme pain and should they not be aware of this?, (if the Pharmacist could not understand the medication was needed for extreme pain then they need to find another career) so why lie saying there was none of this medication available. Is it because they think you are not important enough? or do they have a God complex? My Wife had issues with this branch every month when needing to get her Mum's medication and I have previously had issues with this branch also. I will never use their services again as I feel that they lied to me regarding my urgently needed medication.
My surgery sent prescription to Boots pharmacy London Street, Norwich and advised me that prescription ready! As housebound need to arrange delivery and was told to phone when prescription ready to make necessary arrangements for delivery and payment! Have tried all afternoon to phone Pharmacy as prescription ready to arrange delivery but no one answers phone! Am desperately in need of painkillers on prescription but getting no help!
... se or phone them again I am very lucky to have the best chemist in Norwich I suggest boots if you want to keep your customers happy dont be so rude to your customers
... I had driven a way to get there today so not at all pleased with the customer service. Went to roundwell pharmacy and the pharmacist looked straight away at it and prescribed steroid cream! Which Boots could have helped with In the first place and took the whole of 1 minute for her to assess! Boots you really should have done better.
They are so slow, they stand around talking about what they did at the weekend with a massive great queue. They used to have a locker - it would be good to have that back to cut down the queues.
Only myself In the queue, was told by the 2 most unhelpful people I have ever met that someone would be with me in a minute. After standing like a naughty schoolchild I left.
... ng in my face " you know tyou'll be fine if this is not real, the receipt, embarrasding me in front of my kids smd other customers.
she check online and told me my PpC has expired, how can it be when i purchasedbit aug 2024, so i still have a few mo ths left. the moment i spproach her, i told her, i font like your tone in talking to me, belllitlling me, when she asked for my details i, i said my name .
when she didnt understand, i tried to spell it for her to understand but she snapped "i dont wanna know you". well she asked gor my name.
very rude the very first instsnt. i wad treated like i was somebody who is trying to commit fraud.
she keep repeating " youll be fine if this is not real, the receipt" i work for nhs (nnuh) for 17 years, my husband is a theater nurse, my daughter is a nurse, i pay tax and a brotish citizen, but to be treated like that and humiliate me in front of others is unacceptable. to doubt the validity of their own receipt and imy to me that i'm lying is unacceptable.
the receipt clearly states nhs prepayment 1 year, which i pai £114. and something.
and they tell me , i probably boyght domething froms the shop and not the pharmacy? this lady is clearly racist. the moment i approach her, her demeanor quickly change and treated me differently.
i was upset broke down in tears on one side out of embarrassment and anger. this ki d of staff should not be working dealing with customers directly, a racist , unfriendly, impatient, no work manners snd etiquette.
i noticed how she treatedothet customers differnetly when they are british customers, smiles and friendly at them.sheshould be dealt with accordingly.
she gives the shop a bad reputation. i was traumatised by the way she treated me.
The pharmacy on Aylsham Road is so slow. There are no pharmacists and it is closed often. I have recently changed to another one near Asda.
... here wasn't very much I could do. I left embarrassed, in pain and quite upset.
A subsequent visit to the doctor prompted a same day appointment, and bloods.
