I was registered here and had a check-up booked during Covid which was cancelled by them. When I called later to make a new appointment I was told my dentist had left and they're private only.
I had to pay for the work I needed doing but now I'm not working I won't be able to afford it. I'm worried for myself and my children.
I last went to the dentist around a month ago. I would give them five stars for service but it is a long wait to get an appointment. The dentist was great and put me at ease.
When I ask to book my next checkup they say, "no need to, we will phone you". Its always a Lie. Could that be because I am a NHS patient? How's that for service? Still waiting for the call text email .
