I have needed to contact Carers Matter a few times for support and information for help with my son's and husband's care and to develop a Carer's Plan. The support I have received from Karen has been lifesaving. She is patient, knowledgeable, supportive and easy to talk to. She has also signposted me to other local forms of help and support. I can't praise her highly enough.
With no previous experience of care I suddenly found myself caring for two people for 14 hours a day and was beginning to lose the will to live. Carers Matter (thanks Laura) gave me some hope and some light at the end of the tunnel. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very efficient. It's no exaggeration to describe them as lifesavers. Thank you so much
Extremely helpful, friendly but efficient, extremely knowledgeable and took time to let me think when I wasn’t sure of the question.
Carers matter Norfolk has been such a life line for me in helping me learn about caring for my husband. Their advice and help made me feel not so alone. Knowing I can ring them for help if I need it is invaluable. The information they have sent me has been so helpful.

Laura was very helpful and easy to speak to. She was patient and understanding and also gave me options as to what I could do for both me and my partner as a carer. I feel I now have support when I need it. She also promptly send me all the information and links I need.

Needed help with respite care for my brother,when I spoke to Karen she couldn't do enough to help,very pleased with an excellent service many thanks
