My daughter back from uni went to surgery very unwell.From the interaction at Reception to the GP who saw her, took blood tests and followed up promptly, every member of staff was empathetic, efficient and caring. It really made a difference to my daughter and to our family.

They have been amazing nurses and treated me amazing always vey polite kind and always explain what there doing and havw takwn amazing care of me and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed amd have made me smile gabriella kimg and dion are amazing at there job and couldnt be more thankfull for them james goldie

It would be hard to overstate how much Dr Bethapudy has done for me over the last few years. This week, he went above and beyond to help me resolve a particularly stressful issue by providing a medical letter. He is so genuinely caring, compassionate and empathetic, and I have immense gratitude for everything he has done for me. Thank you, Dr Bethapudy.

My sister has Alzheimer's and is supposed to be reviewed yearly. I have POA so I rang after two years and they said they'd called her which obviously doesn't work well. I got her booked in and told the GP that, amongst other concerns, my sister had taken too much medication to the point where we had to call 111. The doctor wasn't concerned at all, offered no help or information and just told me that she'll get worse. You get no support from the GPs.
I've asked for texts to be sent to me but the ... y're still not. I'll have to go in again about that and it's difficult to find the time.
The receptionists are always very nice and you can walk in and ask questions.

Nurse Beth conducted my first cervical screening. She took the time to explain the process and answered any of my questions. I felt incredibly informed, comfortable and safe – it didn’t hurt at all! Thank you!

(Emergency/Ambulance Coordination) Dr Gilbert provided outstanding professional support during my recent acute cervical incident, when paramedics attended and I was subsequently transferred to hospital.

Her intervention was calm, structured, and clinically precise. She ensured that my GP context and relevant medical background were clearly communicated to the ambulance service, which contributed to an appropriate and well-coordinated response.
At a moment of significant physical pain and dis ... tress, her clear and measured guidance helped stabilise me and gave me the confidence to accept hospital transfer. Dr Sara Gilbert approach was both medically sound and reassuring.
I am very grateful for her professionalism and care.
