No help at all
I found them unfriendly and unhelpful. I gave up trying to get support from them and had to do things on my own.

My keyworker did nothing
The assigned key workers are terrible, they don't contact you and they do nothing to help. The receptionists and duty workers are good though.

Uncaring or incompetent?
CGL Norfolk have dragged their heels for 5 months leading to physical decline in my husband's health. They have been alerted time and time again to the worsening situation and continue to 'plan' but not actually do anything.

I am not sure whether this is due to their incompetence or lack of care but I suspect it is probably both. It is such a shame that people go here looking for support to change their life and instead they get a bunch of people who don't care and constantly find excuses to d ... elay yet again.

Good support
My support worker has been very helpful and has supported me through some very difficult times. I have considered giving up working with CGL but my support worker has helped me see the difference in my life compared to a few months ago.
