I would normally give a 5star rating
This isn’t a complaint just something that needs to be looked at. Before Easter my wife was booked in for a wound check on Tuesday afternoon following surgery.

When we arrived it appeared that her appointment hadn’t been regestered. Even though she had an appointment card and a conformation text.

As it happens she has an appointment tomorrow at Ormsby.

Again it’s not a complaint as such just something that needs to be looked at

Friendly and efficient
No complaints at all. Service is quite good. I see the nurse twice a week. They're friendly and efficient.

It's always good. I can usually get an appointment and they do what they need to do. Efficient.

Can't always get an appointment
It'd be nice if you can get an appointment if you want one. You have to ring at 8 but can't always get one. It's frustrating.

Very patient
They've been brilliant. I'd not got an appointment because I couldn't get through on the phone so I came in to make one. They're very patient and the doctors are great.

Very friendly
Pretty good, I don't use the surgery a lot but when I have everyone is very friendly. I always get the test I wanted.

The doctors are excellent. The only thing I don't like is ringing first thing at 8.

When I came in a few weeks ago I could come into recepetion for a non-urgent appointment which was good.

It's got better, since covid. The only thing which is bad is the essay you get when you ring up, its too long.
