Recent reviews
For the last three months my orders have been incorrect. On each occasion I have been told to see the Prescribing hub, there i am told it will be correct next month.
Yet again it is incorrect, with 3 items missing. I was told they would be delivered this afternoon, well guess what one is still missing .
How does one get it put right, after sactive 30 mins there this morning, and informed it was sorted?
I find all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. It works well for me. I don't think they're doing too badly at all. I wish there was a bit more space inside and more seating for when you have to wait.
