It's local and always friendly, helpful and understanding. If it was ever to close it would be a very big loss to this town.
Kind, professional, knowledgeable, helps in any way they can, nothing is too much and very sympathetic. They are fantastic in all they do for our community.
Small, intimate, well stocked, lovely staff and very helpful. It would be good if all medications to come on time, but to be fair it's not their fault, it maybe not available at the time. There is now a 5 day wait for the medications.
The staff, the pharmacist, the variety of stock held and the help given overall are all excellent.
Good personal service, not a lot could be improved.
Good things about this pharmacy are, the helpfulness, the knowledge, they help with any illness advice. All the staff are really lovely.
They do photos for passports etc, and there is a a private room to talk in. What could be improved, you cannot get prescription for a hour a day while he is at dinner.
As some people live outside Wells. I think they are great.
The staff are always helpful. The door is difficult for people with prams or in wheelchairs or using walkers. There is no disabled access.
