We can’t fault the receptionists, doctors and nurses for the way they have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are able to get the service that we need. When things are difficult solutions are always found to fit our needs.

The staff member I saw today was really good. They need to sort the parking. The appointment today was really good. I'm an awkward patient when it comes to blood tests. The doctor we have seen has bent over backwards for us. The receptionists can be a little abrupt but they are walking a tightrope to keep patients and staff happy.

The service is absolutely brilliant. I have a blood test every month. I've never waited. They are efficient and very polite.

The only query I have with it is that they only do call outs for housebound patients. I have breathing issues and sometimes I can't walk to the surgery. They should extend call outs to people like me. They expect me to get a taxi which I can't always afford. The care is great but gone are the days when doctors come out to you. The receptionists can be helpful but but they can also be irritating by asking too many questions.

It's been fine. I managed to get in. I use the app to book appointments and it's been fine. The care is good. There could be more appointments.

I come every three weeks for a blood test and it's fine. No issues. They are very friendly. Very good. I book the appointments when I leave, for the next time.
