Rude staff
Visited to sort prescription after Easter weekend (4 day weekend). Item needed ordering and when I asked if they had a rough time I was told afternoon following day, when I asked if they could be more specific as it was a hypoallergenic baby formula and we only had enough to last until the following morning, I received a sarcastic response of 'do you want me to predict if the delivery driver is going to get stuck in traffic or something?' Later in the conversation I was told I should perhaps hav ... e ordered earlier, this wasn't possible as 1.

We had just come out of a 4 day weekend, and 2. The GP only issued the original prescription 5 days earlier and we were not aware that the formula would run out so quickly.
