The physio I saw today at Shrublands was brilliant, if it was just about them it would be 5 stars.
But the wait to see them has been 5 months and in that time it has now caused problems with my other leg as I have been putting so much more weight on that one.
It's a good location with plenty of parking, although the outside of the building is looking a but run down and in need of a clean.

good service all round, good communication between departments

The community physio I have received has been brilliant. I had a fracture and then had an operation and the physio have got me back to walking up the stairs. The equipment I needed came really quickly too which was great. I can't fault them and can't praise them enough.

This is my second time attending the leg clinic and they're very good. Everything is explained to me and they tell you what the options are.

I come weekly to see the district nurse, it's brilliant, really good. She knows what she's doing and is really helpful.

I attend the physio and it's very very good. The guy knew what was wrong, he was really on the ball.

I have been visiting for a long time now and I have always been treated very well. All the staff are good, the receptionist and all the other staff. I was seen by Angela today and she is excellent.

I saw the physio and Occupational Therapist today and they were both very good. We did not have to wait and they were very friendly and helpful. I am usually seen at home but because I needed to be weighed we had to come here today. It's okay but less convenient as I rely on others to bring me.

I've been coming for podiatry for nearly a year now. It's very good. Helpful staff who do a good job. It's excellent every time.

I've been coming to the ulcer clinic 2 times a week, and before I was mobile enough the nurses would come out to my home. The staff are nice and friendly and make me feel comfortable, it's made it all much easier.
