Ever Care did not provide a contract, careplan or risk assessment. Communication was very poor. They kept cancelling meetings at the very last minute. The carers were unprofessional and one of them was very rude and should not be practicing. I will be reporting this agency to the CQC

... . I have now moved Dad's full care package to Ever Care Ltd so that I could get continuity of Carers and timed visits.
I should have moved sooner! Sophia, Paul and Sharon have been absolutely incredible. Dad can now has his routine which he so badly needed with his illness and experienced Carers who are extremely knowledgeable.
I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders finally as I can totally rely on Ever Care Ltd to provide the level of care that Dad requires without me being involved. I'm a daughter again and I cannot praise Ever Care Ltd enough.
OTHER COMPANIES companies advertise personally matched carers, consistent reliable service, compassion and understanding.... however did not deliver!! Ever Care Ltd are friendly, dedicated and reliable.

... ced that he improved a lot in the past 6 months, the carers always have a long chat with dad and makes him laugh and comfortable. Sometimes they take my dad out for a walk and it’s something dad always look forward too.
All the carers are very experienced and well trained, we really can’t thank Ever Care enough as they made a difference in our family life.

... er another chance. She left of her own accord.
May need assessment for anti-depressants. The owner seemed very calm and pleasant but had no nursing experience.
Today a district nurse was to pay another visit. I was ordered to have a shower mid morning my dressings were removed by the lady in charge.
I have a wet room. She showed no experience of having performed this before.
The District nurse did not arrive, I had questioned that a nurse could not guaranteed time of arrival. I had to try to replace the dressings.
The NHS department confirmed that this would now happen sometime tomorrow. The previous carer who left the previous day had omitted one task of collecting the bags to place in the appropriate outside bins.
I asked the lady in charge if she would do this please;which she did and put the contents in the wrong bins! The collection company now refuse to empty my bins. I have appealed to the local council and they will endeavour to find a solution.
