I can't remember the last time I saw a doctor. The pharmacy are very busy, not enough staff.
I'm on long term medication but I can only order it 1 month at a time, I used to be able to order 3 months at a time. I think it's a total waste of time and resources.
I can't complain, but I'm not someone who needs it a lot and I get the care I need when I do use it.

I had an appointment booked, I got a reminder for it saying to come to the surgery but it was actually a telephone appointment. It was sorted and they were happy to see me face to face.
I can't always get an appointment as quick as I would like but I can get one. I'm not confident I could get one if I was really ill but they are very nice when I'm seen.

Very good, we are very lucky. They look after us well and if I wish for a face to face appointment I can get one. I may have to wait 6 weeks for it but that's not a problem.

On the whole they are very good but there is no point in choosing a particular doctor as you never see the same one. The system online works, but you have to book separate appointments to discuss separate issues.
You often see a nurse, they are very good at checking you up. They have been very good in emergencies.

We have recently moved to Fakenham Medical Practice, I am not finding it easy to get help from the surgery. I can't get someone to come out and do a home visit for my husband, but I can't really fault them as they are looking after me as well.
I can't make appointments in person, I have to phone up which is using up my mobile phone minutes.

It's okay, probably a little busy. It's not always easy to get a doctors appointment. I am looked after well and see who I need to see when I do get an appointment.

I came to see the nurse for a health check and I'm very happy with that, but diabetic care is perhaps not what it was before COVID. It is a nightmare to get an appointment, I had to book a month in advance to see a doctor.
I am reasonably happy with my care and not ever had any terrible experiences. There are too many patients and not enough doctors.

As the manager of a care home , we have a lot of dealings with Fakenham medical practice especially the Paramedic and Dr Smith who are both fantastic with both my residents and staff, they will always take time to answer any questions or worries we have as well as being very kind and patient with our dementia residents

It's good. The communication is good. I don't like the app you use for appointments but other than that it's good here.

My experiences are okay. I haven't had to call on them too often. You can normally see a doctor on the day if you wait on the phone. If you don't give up you usually get a positive response! It's generally okay.
