Very swift. They have everything you need.

I have monthly repeat prescriptions and often the prescriptions aren't ready. They always blame the surgery and there's a constant change of surgery.

I have medication for my mental health and on several occasions I've had to go two or three days without them which really affects me. You have to drop in your requests a week in advance and sometimes I'm away working so I ask a friend to do it for me.

If it was a drug for a heart condition then I'm sure they wouldn't miss any medication! Somet ... imes they tut and roll their eyes at me. I've been at the surgery next door for a while and it's really convenient having them next door to each other but after the last 12 months or so I've decided to move pharmacies.

Everything is to hand, I could find everything I wanted to. I like the fact I can wander around without being pestered.

Quite nice staff. I've never had any problems. Quick access.

I'm a care worker and this place is really convenient. You can ring up late and they will help. I often ask them about something and they're really helpful.

You can ring through, can use online and they're always polite. You can get what you need and if they don't have something then they go out of their way to get it. Always well stocked. They were also really good through covid.

Good, informative and very helpful. The surgery next door misdiagnosed strep so he's (child) been on the wrong medication. I saw the pharmacist and they knew straight away that it was hand, foot and mouth.

The staff are always friendly and it is in a good location so it is nice and local and has good parking. They always sort my prescriptions out.

I find the service is good and the staff are very helpful. They sometimes don't have what I need but they always try and get it in.

I don't have any problem with the communication between the pharmacy and the surgery, I have also used 111 and they have sent a prescription over and it has been ready when I have gone to collect it, the long opening hours are good for that. I find they answer the phone quickly as well.

It is just so busy with the amount of people using it.
