Awful service. One GP is good but she is now not seeing many patients. The hrs are awful if you work there is no late night opening or Sat AM appointments. It’s taken a month to get an appointment, GPs seem to be off sick for long periods with no idea when they will be back. If you need women’s health like HRT or contraception they are very out of date. Pharmacy opening times are awful and the wait when you get there is very long. Frequently running behind schedule. I would move practices bu ... t they are the only one who cover where I live. Receptionists are nice and do their best.

Very good. The receptionists are lovely, always helpful, positive and kind. Everyone's lovely. If it's urgent you get triaged which works well. The nurses are lovely and kind.

We think they're excellent. You can always see someone when you need to, they're very caring and the admin team are good. It's one of the reasons we choose to stay living in the village.

They're great. I get what I want when I need it and the staff a nice.

My experience has been a bit mixed. The new doctor is very efficient but it can take a long time to get an appointment. The phone triage takes a while and sometimes you just want to see someone, the wait can be up to 2 weeks. Today was excellent care.

Everything is all good. It's a good surgery. However, it would help me and I am sure others too if they had some different opening hours. A Saturday morning slot or one late evening a week would be really helpful. At the moment it's difficult to fit routine appointments around work and school hours.

It's brilliant. How the staff welcome you into the surgery is nice. I have been coming here for 14 years and they have always treated me well. I can always get an appointment when I need one, it's just brilliant.

The staff are always helpful and cheery. The pharmacy is good too. It's all very good.
