Useless
Ignored, left to suffer until I'm forced to go private, have tried to leave but was spoken about without my permission, broken Data Protection, and that was the Practice Manager, have complained more than once to the GMC, let me make this clear, THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE, it cost me my career and if I had not gone private may well have cost me my life

Excellent social prescriber
The social prescriber - Lucy - is exceptional. Both for me and a friend she went above and beyond, giving a large amount of her time and helped considerably.

Additionally, I had a fall after Christmas and had a GP appointment the very next day and was referred for an X-ray the next day.

First class care
5/5 appointment with Dr Morrison for my mental health. He was completely engaged with my conversation and concerns and is a great advocate for Harleston surgery and also for mental health. Thank you.

It's difficult to get to see a doctor
It's difficult to get an appointment, they say they will call you back and they don't always do that. If they do you still don't get to actually see them.

I had something wrong with my skin and they wrote a prescription without even seeing me. I think they are overpaid pen pushers.

If you do get to see them they simply refer you to the hospital. I eventually got something resolved with the pharmacist because the doctor was no good.

I really can't rate them very well at all.

When requesting clinical advice, we always try to ensure a member of the team gets back to you the same day. On rare occasions, when demand is particularly high, this may be the next day for routine matters. If you have a preference for a face to face appointment, please do let the receptionist know and they will make a note to ensure that the GP is aware of this. With regard to onward referrals to hospital or other specialist services, this is sometimes required to ensure that you receive the most appropriate medical opinion/treatment. The GP is good
It took a while to get an appointment with the GP but they referred me quickly. Once in, the GP is good.

We offer unlimited access to GP advice each day that we are open. In order that we can meet demand and patient needs, GP advice will be delivered in various ways. Sometimes it will be a telephone call, sometimes a face to face appointment and sometimes the GP may recommend another plan such as a blood test or appointment with another member of the team in the first instance. If your preference is for a face to face appointment, please do let the receptionist know so that they can bring this to the GPs attention in the appointment request notes. I don't come very often and usually just get repeat prescriptions but it all works well for me.

The nurse dressed my leg for several months and they were always very good to me. It's all better now.

The GP is fantastic with mental health issues
My GP is fantastic with mental health issues, they have a very good bedside manner. They are so good compared to where I used to be.

It's all much better than it was
It's better than it was. The staff are much better, they are responsive and helpful.

It's easy to get an appointment, although the slot to call in the morning is too narrow, which isn't good. I wish you could call to make an appointment at other times.

Once in to see the doctor it's okay. It's a hige difference to how it used to be, it's improved.
