Zero stars
We have to pay for private transportation, which is very expensive, because the wait for the person I care for to be taken back home from appointments is far too long. They have multiple hospital appointments a week. They were picked up at 7am for a 9am appointment and didn't get back home until 7pm! They're diabetic and hadn't got any food with them as didn't realise they'd be out so long. The hospital staff had to find them something to eat.
Another time we travelled with a patient from the s ... ame area at the same time. Our appointments finished the same time, she got taken home and we were told we had to wait for the next bus in two hours. It's madness! We were going to the same place.
They also put people on the bus together who shouldn't be mixing and it's dangerous. They put a Covid-positive person on with somebody who has a compromised immune system.
I'll give them zero stars, and that's being generous.

They don't seem to know what they are doing
I got to the hospital on time for my appointment this morning at 9.15, the hospital told them I would be ready to be picked up at 10am and phoned them at 9.

30 to remind them. It's now gone 11.

30 and still no sign, I have phoned the office and been told that they cannot get to me before 12 as that is the time that was booked, which it wasn't. The staff on the vehicles are great but the ones that work in the office don't seem to know what they are doing, you can see the drivers get frustrated ... with them too.

I had an appointment at home at 12pm today which I will now miss as I am stuck here.

I use them a lot and pick up from home normally works but getting home they are always late
