Always impressed with how staff know my mum
I am always impressed with how staff know my mum. They provide personalised care.

She can't socialise as much anymore and can be difficult but the staff are really attentive. The home has good accommodation, nice rooms, good food and lots of activities.

My mum is always clean and looks well looked after. They are incredibly stretched staff wise.

There's only minor things to be improved, for example the rooms are nice but slightly small. Also, the TV is always on in the main lounge and we s ... ometimes have to meet in there.

Ahead of the curve
Their response during the covid crisis has been outstanding, closing to visitors before many others, stopping using agency staff etc, all lead to the home remaining covid free.
