Incompetent and either don't care or are unable to comprehend their incompetence in any way shape or form. I'd feel better going to witch doctor.

I've not been able to see a doctor since Covid times. I can only get to see nurses. If you phone up to try and get an appointment You only get offered a telephone appointment. How can they diagnose you over the phone? A few weeks back I had a stiff neck and I went in quite quickly to see a paramedic who prescribed painkillers. I suppose I've got to be satisfied with that. Unfortunately the drugs gave me awful constipation! I've seen a nurse a few times about it since then. I just wish we were ab ... le to see a doctor if necessary. The care I got from the paramedic and the nurse was fine, but I'd rather see a doctor.

I rang the surgery and they told me I needed to see a physio. They gave me a different number to ring, which I did, and after a few weeks I received a letter which was from Lowestoft. The letter told me that I would receive another letter which would allow me to book an appointment. So at this point I haven't even booked anything in! I didn't receive the second letter until months later, at which point I'd already made alternative private arrangements with an osteopath. It's just wrong. The phys ... io is literally next door to the surgery!

Every time I come here, it's excellent. It's the personnel. There is a lovely nurse. They are brilliant. I feel relaxed and at home here.

I don't have to come often. They expect everything online. They send messages on my phone even though I've told them I don't use it. It would be nice just to see a person. But I suppose everyone feels that way. I think that they are overworked. There is not enough staff.

The pharmacy is incredibly helpful. The surgery itself is sometimes not so helpful. It functions but I find them difficult to contact about certain issues. Sometimes I just hit a brick wall when it comes to enquiring on behalf of my husband. I can understand it because really they want to talk to him but sometimes he's not in a fit state to talk.

We don't get enough time in the appointments. Not across the board, but the doctors don't have enough time with us. I think they over prescribe the medication!

They are very good. Once you're seen, it's very good. The doctors and paramedics are very empathetic. It's just getting an appointment that is the hard part.

No problems really. Generally speaking they are okay. They are better than they were twelve months ago; they seem to be more up to date with their communication. My wife comes more than I do and she's definitely noticed an improvement over the past year.

I have just had an excellent visit with the practice nurse. They were very pleasant.
