I've been referred back to the surgery from Orthopaedics but you can't get through to the surgery. You call up at 8am and you're already 20th in the queue! When you do finally get through you have to repeat the issues over and over again. I don't drive so I need to time a doctors appointment to the bus timetable. The receptionist won't give me the time.

You can never get to see a doctor. I have seen an associate doctor but they couldn't do anything. I fell over recently and the surgery sent me to the falls clinic, which I don't need. I just fell up the curb because I wasn't looking where I was going. That's different to "having a fall!" It's difficult, they just don't seem to listen to me.

A few weeks ago I had a fall and I don't know what it was but afterwards I had a terrible rash around my side. I just happened to have a blood test booked in at the surgery so when I was there I asked about the rash. They didn't want to know! I wasn't offered any examination. I managed to get an appointment for about ten days later. You would have thought that for people my age they would try to be a bit more helpful. I cannot recommend them, but there is nowhere else to go.

On the whole I'm okay with the surgery. The only thing is, it can take a while sometimes to get an appointment. But I try to be understanding of that. There is only so much they can do! All the staff are good. Very nice.

They're superb. They're extremely cautious with my mum who has lots of medical conditions and they've started home visits. They're super patient and it's nice to never get the feeling you're asking too much even though I know they're busy. They're always monitoring her medications and making changes if they need to. She's consistently cared for and not been forgotten.
I try not to go but when I have been there for myself it's been top notch.

The staff are excellent, very helpful and very good. My mother became seriously ill last year and they came out within half an hour.

It's very hard to see a doctor. And why on earth does the pharmacy close between 13:00 and 14:00? Is there a PPG? I've not seen anything about one. I would like to join the PPG if I was able to. On a positive note, the people behind the desk are wonderful. The environment itself is very clean and inviting. Follow up after appointments is difficult as you see different doctors. Consistency is something very difficult to obtain.

I only go for emergencies. The care is fine once you get through.

It's always very good. Helpful. The care is perfect. The checking in machine didn't work this morning, which isn't great for someone who struggles with standing.

I don't have a problem. I find that if I have to come and see anybody, I can get an appointment. The appointment was marvellous. No problem. Everything is always explained to me. I can only speak as I find.
