Hoveton And Wroxham Medical Centre

I've been coming here for years. They are excellent. I can get an appointment whenever I need to. They are very helpful.

My feedback is very positive! The staff are friendly, very accommodating and efficient. I've got no petty quibbles!

They've been brilliant for me. They are very good, but busy. And it's quite hard to get an appointment with the GP. not so much with the nurses.

It's been good. They are always very thorough and have time to answer any questions. They're not rushed. Obviously there are waiting times but it's never terrible; that's more on the phone than anything else, but that's to be expected.

It's excellent. I get seen very promptly. I very rarely have to wait. But if there is an emergency, I know I can be seen. The care is very good.

It's very good, it is easy for me to pick up my medication. They know us quite well. The doctors here are brilliant. They have been on the ball with an issue I had and they took very swift action. Not so much for my wife however, where the procedures were very slow. There seems to be lots of red tape. If they could just skip all that and get straight to the procedures needed, that would be better.

It's okay. The only issue I did have was a few months ago when I had to wait 30 days for an appointment. Other than that, I am quite happy with what goes on here. At least they've changed the hold music!

My husband is receiving excellent care. The doctor has explained to us everything that is going on. I've had my appointment changed so that it's sooner. I'm satisfied with that as I know how busy they are. I understand the pressure that they are under. Everyone is trying to do their best.

It's good. I've been a few times in the last month. I usually see the nurse practitioner and she's good. I can get an appointment when I want. I haven't had any trouble here at all. It's a really good surgery.

They are excellent. I can't fault it at all. They looked after my husband very well. I can get seen on time.
