Firstly, never any issue getting an appointment which in these times is obviously great. And everyone I have seen has been friendly and kind.
Having said that, getting an appointment with my actual doctor is near impossible and am normally given appointments with practice nurses instead.
My main concern is the lack of proactive support following tests of any kind. Not being medically qualified, the information added to the online test results is baffling and despite me making it clear my symp ... toms were causing me anxiety, no contact was made with me to discuss the results of my tests and what these meant for me. It has left me feeling very much like the minimum is done to move me through the system with no genuine care or concern.
Disappointing but may be this is just the way of the world these days.

Never had any problems, I was put on a course and it was fantastic. The staff are alert, offering me same day appointments when I need them.

Nice steady surgery, they answer my questions. It can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment. I'm quite happy, no problems.

I think it is extremely efficient. I have the NHS app so I can order my repeat prescription on there and I get a notification when it's ready to be collected.

Getting an appointments is fast, its an easy service to use over the phone. The reception staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. The outcome that is expected to come out of an appointment is what I have gotten.
