After care is absolutely brilliant
Brilliant, I've had 2 operations and the after care is absolutely brilliant. I have a chest infection and the GP referred me for an urgent X-ray on the Monday and I had the X-ray on Tuesday.

Mocked by staff, poor bedside manner, shocking
The staff were mocking me, I was in for 10 nights and I wasn't offered any clothes until the last day. It shocked me, I felt like they weren't believing what I was saying to them. It really surprised me as I've never had a bad experience before. It wasn't even the junior staff, it was the senior members of staff on the ward. Their bedside manner really wasn't nice

I can't fault them in anyway
The oncologist checks to see if my tablets are working and if they aren't she'll change them. They're always on time, very friendly, they answer any questions you might have. I can't fault them in anyway.

Everybody is so kind
Everybody is so kind, they help you on and off of the bed. They talk to you the whole time and explain everything, and they book appointments ahead of time.

They are wonderful people and they do an amazing job
I was there a few months ago as I was in and out with my wife at the end of her life. They are an incredible bunch, what they do is unbelievable. They let me stay from 8am until 11pm most days and had a bed for me if I wanted to stay, and even fed me when I wasn't looking after myself. I've got no complaints. They are wonderful people and they do an amazing job.

I can't fault it
Very efficient, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are nice and clean. I can't fault it.

Very good
Very good, on time, quick, and the staff are very friendly. The scan was brilliant, very good.
A tea shop or café would be good whilst waiting for someone who has an appointment.

Very good, a text conformation would be helpful
They rang me about the appointment but I was in the shop so I misheard and got the time wrong. I had been sat in the waiting room for a little while and one if the receptionists went to check why I hadn't been seen yet, then we realised that I had got the time wrong. So a text with the appointment details would've been good. But they are very good and have been helpful. There was a good amount of parking spaces available.

Nice unit with friendly staff
Nice place but I had to wait half an hour because their system broke down. It's a nice unit with friendly staff. Apart from the system issue it's really handy having it here and away from the Paget

Polite and helpful
I found everyone polite and helpful.
My appointment was on time and it is in a good location which is easy to get to.
The building is clean and the parking is good.
