I saw a physio at the health hub and I did not find the process very helpful. They gave me an exercise sheet and that was all. I thought I was going for my knee but they said it was for my shoulder and that they could not look at my knee. They said it was not to do with them as they had not been asked to look at my knee.
Parking was good though.
