Lime Pharmacy

It's very good. When I come up they come out straight away.

I've used this pharmacy since it opened and the service has always been excellent even when under the great pressure that comes with dealing with some people . They are always very polite and helpful, and a special shout to the bubbly Hayley who always has a smile and will go out of her way to help .

I changed to lime pharmacy from Tesco as Tesco never had my or my daughters medication in stock even though I had to pick up the same prescription every 2 weeks. Now it’s ready on time and they are most helpful and kind.

I have had no issues to report and now for the 1st time in ages getting our medication is worry free.

The staff are cheerful all the time, especially the lady behind the counter today. They actually had what I needed today and the prescription was ready a week earlier than expected.

Today is the first time it's worked well in ages. My last 12 visits have had issues.

There's usually always something not there or missing. It's frustrating and I have to come back multiple times to fix the issues.

I think it's a brilliant pharmacy. All the staff are always helpful. They usually always have my medications in stock. I put my request in and then a few days later I show up to collect it, never have an issue.

The staff at the pharmacy are great but there are countless problems with this pharmacy, including missing medication and wrong medication. Most pharmacies are like it though. There have been many issues in the last year. Last week there was a long queue outside and it was chaotic.
