... en you leave me a threatening message that if I don’t get back to you, you will remove me from the triage! So I'm trying to get back to you but of course I get through to the agency not the actual reception and I'm being told you’re at capacity and please try again next day! This place is an actual joke and you should be ashamed of yourself

The biggest issue is getting past the reception and which receptionist you talk to, it's infuriating. Once past the reception I'd give its 10 out of 5 stars if I could, the doctors are outstanding. With some of the receptionists you know it's going to be a battle. They lied to me about advanced booking, said they don't do it but I know they do. It's only 5 stars without the reception.

The thing that aggravates me is that you have to call to see someone and you go through a triage process to end up with someone inappropriate to deal with your issue and they can't answer your questions. On the other hand Dr Zak Quaick, he's the best doctor I've ever been treated by, Jenny Powell is always really helpful as well, and Luke who takes my blood is really pleasant. When you get through all the rubbish you get really good care.

We're happy with the surgery, we can get appointments. It would be five stars if we could get quicker appointments but we know it's better than lots of other surgeries.

They've always been very supportive and accommodating. I've had my flu and Covid jabs there and they monitor my blood pressure. They've provided me with a blood pressure machine and advise me what I should and shouldn't eat, and about exercise. They've been there for me.

Iv always has a good experience with Lionwood, any concerns I had were looked into, tests were carried out, I always felt so safe in the hands of the nurse and doctors here.

I've got high blood pressure and heart disease and they're very supportive. I've also recently had my over-55 MOT where they checked everything. They're very caring, I've been there several years and always had a good experience.

I requested a clinician at 8am to call me due to a medical issue - I was called at 3pm and told there was no appointments available for 7 days and a telephone appointment would be even longer! So I was told to go to the walk-in centre- I do not want to go to the walk-in centre I want my own surgery to deal with me!
