I write to inform you of the shocking behaviour I have witnessed at my local pharmacy. On the 22nd of January I went into the pharmacy to stock up on my medicines supplies when I overheard an older man shouting at another member of staff.

The pharmacy was full and very busy at the time, and the man was clearly very disturbed and angry. The girl appeared understandably frightened and scared from the ordeal.

I can't state for sure what was said, but he seemed to be shouting and ranting about t ... he whereabouts of another staff member and threatening to fire anyone who asked about that staff member on the spot. This was uncomfortable to watch someone throwing their weight around like that and makes me, personally, not want to return to the pharmacy based on the disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour I witnessed.

To treat another member of staff is one thing, but to do this in the sight of patients and customers is totally not on. I shall stick with ordering my medicines online as at least I can trust places like pharmacy2u to not intimidate me like this.

I have already shared this deeply disturbing experience with my family and friends. Shame on you West End pharmacy, this never would have happened when Lloyds were in charge.

I went to the pharmacy with a bee sting. I only waited five minutes before being given some antibiotics. I was very pleased.

Absolutely first class had my COVID booster today lovely man and very concerned about my asthma and pointed me in the direction of calling my doctor for a review didn't even feel the injection due to talking and keeping me at ease.. six stars

I put my ticket in and then I get my medicine two weeks later. The staff are always friendly. I hand it in and then come back and get, I am very happy with the service

They helped me work out my parents medication and how to get them, they're really good.

I have been with them quite some time, they are helpful and good. I prefer them to my local pharmacy as they are nearer to my Dr.

They need a bit of help with the system at the moment because you have to wait a week or longer. I am diabetic and have been here 10 years and they have computer troubles so it has slowed everything down.

It used to be next day and now you have to wait a week

They have had a bit of difficulties in the last week or two - it was closed once when I came because they had no pharmacist, but apart from the there are no problems here. Everyone is quite helpful.

There are two lovely ladies who work here. But they have to have a pharmacist to be able to open.

The pharmacist they have has been here for quite a while!

The staff are all lovely, I have no problem with them at all. The problem is with the lack of pharmacists so then they close.

I have been three times and they were shut. I came at 12.

31 and they had shut at 12.30 but I didn't know that.

Then I came at 5.45 and the sign said they shut at 6.

15 but they were closed.

It is the odd hours they shut that you never know if they're going to be open and I needed these medicines last night as had been to the Dr

It is easy to pick my prescriptions up from here I have never had any problem

For convenience they're a 5, for service a 2, that is because of the opening times. The staff are very very good, they do the best under the circumstances. They need a bigger shop, it is small for the area.
