Been with this surgery for 10 years and has gone from being one of the best I have ever dealt with to now being one of the worst - online forms take over 2 days or more to get looked at and are then more often than not dealt with in a way that avoids offering an appointment and starts the clock on the process all over again. They cannot deal with the patients they have yet still keep on taking on more - seems to be driven by financial gain rather than patient care.
It's really good. I always have an appointment when I need one. Whenever I need anything I call up and get what I need. It would be good if the online form was available 247, not just in the morning.
I think they're excellent. I get to see a doctor if I need to see a doctor. They are polite. Proficient. I have no complaints. I wish all surgeries were like this one.
No complaints whatsoever. I think they're absolutely fantastic. They put themselves out for you. I have always been able to get an appointment. They are very caring and lovely to speak with.
The changes are beginning to settle down, which has improved services. It would be good to get phone calls back. It's tricky to get through.

They do look after me. They still have their COVID message on the phone when you ring, which you have to listen all the way through to.

Brilliant; I can't fault them. They are on the ball with things. It's sometimes a struggle to get an appointment. You can only use the online booking system in the morning. That's the only downside. It would be nice to get an appointment a bit quicker, but they do their best.
They are absolutely fine. Great! Despite obvious pressures, they get things sorted. They do their best. They listen and work with you to resolve concerns. It's very good.
I think they're excellent, compared with my previous surgery. They've let me know that I needed to come in for my annual check up. Getting through on the phone is not easy however.
