In general, it's okay. It's getting busier, but they can't help that. Appointments, you can get them when you need. Sometimes you have to wait. I was here for a blood test recently and that was right on time. I don't think there is enough privacy at reception, but they can't help that.

Very good. They always keep an eye on you. They always check on you. I've had a quick referral today. They look after you really well.

They are absolutely fine and generally very helpful. Really good. Sometimes there is someone in the dispensary who is a bit brusque, but that's only one person!

I'm very impressed. I've come across very excellent nurses and practitioners who have been very professional and articulate. I've been in nursing for a long time; I'm hard to impress!

Brilliant. I've never had any problems. They fit you in, they're always ready. No problems. Sometimes it's a long wait in the waiting room but that isn't anyone's fault. If people need longer with the doctors, they need longer!

I can't fault it. They are brilliant. The doctors are brilliant, the nurses are good as well. I've got no problem with anything. I don't see how things could improve, really.

If you need to see someone they'll always get you in. It is getting more difficult to get appointments, but they are swamped. The care has always been good but it's difficult to see your own doctor.

Up until about four weeks ago it was alright. They've always been good to me; I think they're brilliant. But recently the doctor was reluctant to speak to me on the phone. But on the whole they have been brilliant.

I think it's great that you are here this morning. Everything "feedback" related is online these days, and I just don't do that.
