Often don't have my medication
They're nice enough but there's so many staff in there and they still don't seem to be getting much achieved. I need a particular brand of medication as others give me reactions and I always have to check the bag as they often put a different brand in.

Many times it can't be swapped for the one I need as they don't have it which I personally believe is for financial reasons, not because there's a shortage of that brand. I've taken the bag home before and found it's wrong and then it can't be u
... sed by me or them which is a waste of money.

If it's wrong now I have to get my prescription off them and go elsewhere.

The new manager seems good
They've improved, the new manager seems to be doing a good job. Just before Christmas there were long queues outside but now you can do repeat prescriptions online and they have a robot to select medications, and a 24-hour dispensing machine which has stopped the queues.

Friendly and accommodating
They're fabulous. People get grumpy but they do their best. They're friendly, accommodating and very tolerant people. We're lucky to have them here, they're a real asset to the village.

Better now it's 24-hours
Sometimes the medication is wrong but it's better now you can go 24-hours and use the robot.

Awful
Que across the car park for an hour to pick up a repeat prescription, get to the counter after hearing eldery people crying as they cannot stick the pain after standing for so long. At the counter they cannot find my perception that I ordered 10 days in advance.

Cannot explain how bad the service is.

Beyond Shocking
If I could give zero stars, I would! Wait time is around 45 minutes to an hour, and that’s after the 7 working days it takes to actually get the prescription. Queue is out the door whatever time of the day you go.

When you do finally get to speak to a dispenser, they don’t have the prescription or it isn’t ready yet. Won’t allow patients to take away their script and instead you have to go back in a few days and wait another 45 minutes to be seen.

I have never seen a pharmacy with so
... many staff, yet it takes 7-10 days to get a prescription. I have been queued in the rain with several OAPs on multiple occasions and seeing them have to wait and then not even be able to get their prescription is appalling! On multiple occasions they have loudly read out my prescription in front of a room full of patients which is mortifying.

It would be quicker to sit in a&e!

Long queues, pre ordered meds not ready
The service seems to be getting worse at this pharmacy. We have to pre order our repeat prescription 7 working days in advance.

Every time I have to go and pick them up, there is a long queue. Last week I went to pick up my repeat prescription on the date they were due to be collected, this was 10 days after ordering them online.

I waited for nearly an hour as they were not ready, then I was told 3 items were missing and to come back the next day. Went back the next day and my husband had to
... wait about half an hour before being told they only had one of the missing items.

Now this was on a Friday and the pharmacy does not open at weekends. So he asked for the prescription so he could go to another pharmacy.

This of course took more time. There are many people working at the pharmacy but the service is getting worse.

We are not allowed to have our re peat prescriptions from another pharmacy. There are many frustrated customers at this pharmacy.

We took the paper prescription for the missing items to the local Tesco pharmacy, they were ready after about 15 min without pre order. Going to Mattishall pharmacy is very stressful each time, a bit ironic as it is supposed to improve health.

Horrendous queues
Horrendous queues, you can waste a day trying to get a prescription. You queue for ages and then when you get to the front your medication may not be ready.

You can't get through on the phone. My husband recently came out of hospital and because of previous experiences we have had I am now worried it won't work out okay with his medication.

It destroys your confidence.

Seems to have lost its way recently
I have always been very impressed with the service received from this pharmacy, especially throughout the pandemic. Of late they unfortunately seem to have lost their way and lack leadership or direction.

Waiting times have vastly increased both when ordering medication and in the store itself and they seem to not be aware of priorities and have become unorganised.

I don't know what has happened but please can we have it back the way it was a few months ago and the years before!!

The pharmacist is fantastic
The pharmacist is fantastic. I've had consultations with them a few times and it's really good to have this. She's fantastic and very knowledgeable.
