Recent reviews
They cancelled my upcoming NHS appointment by letter. Apparently, their only NHS dentist has retired and they cannot offer their NHS patients the chance to switch to a private dentist as those dentists are only part-time and can't take on more work.
Instead, I've been removed from the list with no notice and literally zero chance of finding another dentist. Shocking.
Been with this dentist for years and because they can't replace a retired dentist me and my children have been removed from their practice...such poor service.
My dentist contacted me to cancel my NHS appointment and said I could only rebook if I had a private appointment. They gave no reason for this..
