Faultless service
From walking in the practice and booking an appointment it has been faultless. Reception, dentist, dental nurse, reminders, everything has been excellent and of course the treatment i needed has been perfect and pain free. Thank you to a very professional service.

After care poor- became private dentist.
After finally getting an appointment at the end of March 2022 (2yr wait due to covid & cancellations) I had several fillings. About 12 weeks later one fell out & 8 weeks further a 2nd came out taking with it part of the tooth.

I called the dentist shortly after (late August) who stated that if I want them replaced I would have to go private and pay for another check up first (even though fillings & restorative treatment is guaranteed for 12 months so should be free). They said this is because t
... he dentist has now gone private so has no obligation under the NHS.

Strangely though I had a letter from them this year offering me a private dental plan stating he only recently ended NHS treatment in 2023? At the time I complained both locally and to head office about this stating they should have an obligation to carry out re-treatment within 12 months. They took ages to reply when finally in November, all I was offered was my original payment back.

I have since registered with another private dentist where I have just received a costing of almost £1700 to put things right plus a further £250 I had to spend on emergency treatment at another dentist over xmas to remove a tooth that had become infected. It seems today in dentistry that monetary value is now more important than the patients welfare! Prior to this I had been a patient at Mydentist with for about 20 years without any issue and was always treated well.

worst service ever. not NHS as advertised
This must be the worst dentist ever. All through lock down we understood however after lock-down every appointment was cancelled by post for our 3 kids and two adults.

Although still on their books as NHS PATIENTS They say no NHS dentist at the dentist even though they do private and NHS. Phoned up today in agony to try get an emergency NHS appointment at and NHS dentist but told to join the payment plan? We can not afford this and pay taxes and are being refused the service we are aloud.

Th
... is is breaking the NHS rules and we have no option but to report this.

shocking treatment

No appointments other than emergency
I haven't been able to book a check up or anything else here for over a year & no other dentists in the area are taking NHS patients. It's absolutely horrendous
