They wouldn't see me for tooth ache
I have gone private now at a different dental practice as they wouldn't see me for tooth ache and said that they didn't have anyone to see me. When I did go in the past, they didn't clean my teeth and I had no x-rays taken.

I then ended up with an abscess. Now that I have gone private I have received much better care.

Needed a tooth extraction
Really bad workmanship and pain , left with no pain relief and only half the job completed and had to go home to get the roots extracted . Paid a bill if £89 first over the phone plus a further £125 to have half the job done .These people are BUTCHERS

Private not much more than NHS
When I first moved here I couldn't register for a dentist but the dentist in Thetford said I could go private instead. When I looked at the prices I worked out it isn't actually much different the NHS prices.

I wish I knew that sooner and I would have registered sooner. They weren't able to offer any checks up for three months but that's better than nothing.

I've had emergency appointments though because my wisdom teeth have been playing up. They were really good.

The quality of care was j ... ust really good. They even called me a couple of days after to check on me and gave me anti-biotics for an infection.

I was really impressed.

Routine Appts
Phoned up today for a routine appointment but told to call back in Sep as no routine appts were available even though a full range of services were available. Been waiting over 2 years now for a routine appt
