Very poor
Since being discharged, my mother has not been given the support she needs in order to to recover. Items that should have been in place from day 1 have still not arrived. Worst of all, the team manager / leader was insulting telling us that the family should do more.

Had the family not picked up the pieces and filled the gaping holes in the care, she would have been left to fester for weeks without even basic needs like getting food or hygiene fulfilled

Jakob visited me today
Jakob visited me today to look into finding me support for my physical and mental health. He was kind, caring and made me feel validated and understood.

It is very rare that I encounter a person that understands my difficulties. I am finally being able to have some support.

I didn’t have to ask and feel ashamed or awkward. Jakob is looking into getting me support from the occupational therapy team and mobility aids for around the house.

The management team are also writing to the GP.

Wait over an hour for a response
Waited over an hour before giving up on the NCC 0344 800 8020 number and the number on this page isn't recognised. In the meantime my mother-in-law is being let down by her carers from this service.
