I received peer support from Susan Stephenson-martin, she was so supportive, giving me advice and confidence to improve my mental health and move forward rebuilding my life
I felt Susan really listened to what I was saying and was constantly giving me constructive feedback and advice, she always gave me the freedom to talk about what I wanted when I wanted to

Confidentiality for professionals at group
Professionals who use the services offered by MIND can be mixed with people they know within the groups. This means if you're a teacher or a youth worker you could attend a group where you know someone you've worked with.

What if you turn up to a group and someone recognises you and that would then impact on your position? Teachers won't always access in house counselling due to HR finding out so will use these services but then how does this work with confidentiality.
