Myself and my partner arrived for an appointment early at 1055 AM we are still waiting almost 50 minutes later to be seen for our appointment that was scheduled at 11 AM
I come for the leg ulcer clinic. The nurse is very good. I come every week , the service is marvelous.

They are super here, and make me very comfortable. I couldn't wish for anything better. From the receptionist all the way through, they are very kind and helpful.

Normally they come to the house, now I'm more mobile, that's stopped. When they visit you at home they can't tell you what time they're coming.
Everything about here is good, they give you the time and patience. They explain things in a way you can understand and if I don't then I feel ok to ask.
After they stopped the home visits they fitted me in here straight away, I didn't have to wait. I'm happy to come here.
The nurse is ever so nice to me. I come here every Tuesday and then I go to Attleborough on Thursdays. I know the nurse very well and she knows me. I never have to wait to see someone when I come for my appointment. I can't think of any improvements.
I wanted to get an ultrasound but they have given me some advice and exercises instead. Some more physical help would have been nice but they have treated me well.
The only problem I had was the diagnostic letter from somewhere else went missing. I spoke my GP who sent me here but when I got here for my appointment they couldn't find the letter on the system.
The person I saw today couldn't find the letter with all the information so I needed to tell her what it said and what I needed. I'm happy with the way staff talk to me and understand them.
I can't think of any improvements.
There was really good communication, he listened well to everything I said. This is my 1st appointment and I only put a form in last week so was not a long wait.
I don't have a follow up appointment but he has told me if I get another flare up he has left my case open so I can just ring up and be seen.
The member of staff was clear and to the point. They outlined the possible condition, gave me exercises to try and booked in a return visit for a check up in a months time. The staff are good.
