I have been twice while being extremely unwell and distressed. Both times I was treated with kindness and empathy by everybody including the security guards. The last time I saw a nurse called Jo, a paramedic called Sam and spoke to the security guard Jason. They treated me like a person and really looked after me. It is a gold star service, I hope that it never closes down, we need more of them everywhere.
I used the new AI assistant to request a medication. It dealt with the request very quickly. Unfortunately it ordered the wrong item (not a medication I had mentioned in my request anywhere). I had to phone the surgery to speak to a human to explain the issue and ask for it to be corrected. Unfortunately this has now been 4 days since I first tried to order the medication and still waiting.
Whenever I've been there the nurses have been brilliant. They've looked after me and given great advice.
The staff have been amazing and they are trying there best.
It is all very well telling the reception team your problems but if they do not pass it on then what is the point, it can be a bit frustrating having to go to the walk in centre to have a blood teat and having to wait in that long queue, but other then that I can't fault them, they have looked after me well.
... ill be at risk again due to cost cutting in the future.
I find it is clean and well organised. The nurse I saw today was lovely. I took an hour and 50 minutes but was told two hours so with in that time. I feel well looked after.
Saved from closure 2 years ago. Still as vital today DO NOT CLOSE THIS SERVICE PLEASE. They were able to confirm UTI and prescribe antibiotics when my GP expected me to wait 2 weeks for an appointment

Thank you for your support! The consultation is still open and can be found on the Walk-in Centre and ICB websites. Our thanks again.
I went down on my own. It felt like an ordinary surgery.
The doctor I saw was nice. Really lovely.
She did my pulse, blood pressure etc. I was prescribed some medication.
She put me at my ease. I waited about half an hour which was fine for me.
I wouldn't have minded waiting longer. I was in the right place.

This is so nice to hear. Thank you for your lovely feedback and we are pleased we were able to help you.
I have only lived in Norfolk for two weeks and I have used the walk in centre twice, it was at the weekend so it wasn't within my new doctor's hours. Both times the service I have had has been brilliant, one of the times they referred me up to the hospital and they had contacted the same day emergency care department who were expecting me and looked at me straight away.
It's a very good service, I am not sure what I would of done without it.
