Oak Street Medical Practice

I saw Annie about a heart problem, she was very thorough, took time and made me feel at ease. She put me on the pathway for x-rays and scans and even rang me for reassurance. She is a real treasure for the Practice.

Annie, has always been really helpful and understanding during my past few visits. I feel really cared for each time visited. Thank you.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Annie. Over the past few appointments, annie has been incredibly supportive and understanding. I’ve recently been struggling with my mental health and often find it difficult to open up, but Annie made me feel at ease and genuinely listened. Annie created such a calm and comfortable environment, which made it easier for me to speak honestly about what I was going through.
Annie’s advice was thoughtful, practical, and exactly what I needed to help me ... keep my head above water during a really tough time. I’m so grateful for Annie’s support it’s made such a difference.

The lady I see for my appointment listened to my concerns, was extremely thorough, didn’t rush me out of the door and was clearly born to do the job she does. Very caring, very easy to talk to and never made me feel like I was wasting time which is something I always worry about even though I don’t go to the drs often.

I can get an appointment. I go on my own. I find it difficult currently to open my medication. I preferred the old style.

It can be hit and miss here, I needed a med review and I got muddled and filled in the wrong form, but the next day they phoned and talked me through it. But I really struggle sometimes to get an appointment.

Annie Glover really took the time and care to listen and ensure I receive the right treatment. She supported me throughout my illness and recovery with kindness. A huge thank you to you, Annie.

They monitor my diabetes and I can get appointments OK. Also medications come through quickly when you order them.

All staff at Oak Street Medical Practice have always been so kind and supportive. I hear a lot of moans about GP Surgeries but that just simply does not apply to Oak Street.

And GP Receptionists can often be the butt of the joke well they haven't had the pleasure of dealing with yours because they are lovely!!

Went to the doctors very scared and upset. Was totally reassured felt at ease and not only helped me with that medical issue called me the next day regarding my peri menapause she was really supportive and explained all my options.

DR Annie Glover has certainly changed my health and wellbeing for the better. Thank you DR Glover you are a credit to this surgery and I cannot thank you enough.
