Recent reviews
As someone who is immunosuppressed sometimes a swift response is vital. Post shingles I developed further symptoms and without any delay the reception team put me on the list to speak with the paramedic (Ian) and within a couple of hours I had spoken to Ian (who should wear a cape!), been seen and collected medication. There is no drama just a highly efficient and effective team. Very grateful.

I called the same day appointment service and was given a call back by the paramedic for severe hay fever allergy symptoms. Call back was mid morning and supper efficient and friendly advice was given along with an over the phone prescription. Always happy with the service and pleasant staff at the surgery. We are so luck to have it and I’m never disappointed.

Seen straight away, did not have an appointment. Was seen by the paramedic , he checked me over and talked to me about future care and advised me on if it happens again.
Really lovely understanding and kind.

Was seen same day by Ian no 3 week wait as with other surgeries he was brilliant feeling better next day after being ill for 3 months

After moving from another area in Norwich I have been blown away by this GPs service. From the GPS, to paramedics, nurses and phlybotomists. Have always been seen same day wether for children or myself. Never felt fobbed off, and always feel listened too. 5 stars 🌟
