I wanted to leave a review to say a huge thank you to everyone at the practice.

I attended today at 4:40pm with my son, who has an ongoing ear problem. I spoke to the lovely receptionist, who kindly explained that if we were happy to wait, he may be able to see a clinician.

To our surprise, by 4:50pm my son had already been seen, assessed, treated, and we were on our way home. The whole experience was efficient, caring, and professional from start to finish.

With so much negativity ofte ... n directed towards GP practices, I felt it was important to recognise excellent service when it happens. Thank you to the receptionist for being so kind and helpful, and to the clinician for seeing my son so quickly. We really appreciated the care we received.

Both the speed of getting an appointment & the knowledgable reassurance of the paramedic at the surgery were amazing.

Rang in morning at 8am an appointment with the paramedic on the same day, a late one 6:45. Brilliant could not fault.

As someone who is immunosuppressed sometimes a swift response is vital. Post shingles I developed further symptoms and without any delay the reception team put me on the list to speak with the paramedic (Ian) and within a couple of hours I had spoken to Ian (who should wear a cape!), been seen and collected medication. There is no drama just a highly efficient and effective team. Very grateful.

I called the same day appointment service and was given a call back by the paramedic for severe hay fever allergy symptoms. Call back was mid morning and supper efficient and friendly advice was given along with an over the phone prescription. Always happy with the service and pleasant staff at the surgery. We are so luck to have it and I’m never disappointed.

Seen straight away, did not have an appointment. Was seen by the paramedic , he checked me over and talked to me about future care and advised me on if it happens again.
Really lovely understanding and kind.

Dr Slapp is wonderful, an absolute breath of fresh air helping me with HRT. She was so jolly, bubbly, kind and knowledgeable and so sensible with ideas too. Thank you so much x

Such a great service. We are always treated well & with kindness & compassion. The current receptionists are thoughtful when booking & I no longer feel anxious calling for help. My daughter was seen my Ian on the same day & he was so kind & checked me over & sorted my prescription too to save an additional appointment & trip to the surgery. As a mother of 4 on my own I can't tell you how much of a difference this made to me, saving both time and energy to concentrate on getting my young daughter ... and myself well. Thank you!

Was seen same day by Ian no 3 week wait as with other surgeries he was brilliant feeling better next day after being ill for 3 months

After moving from another area in Norwich I have been blown away by this GPs service. From the GPS, to paramedics, nurses and phlybotomists. Have always been seen same day wether for children or myself. Never felt fobbed off, and always feel listened too. 5 stars 🌟
