Although the website for Norfolk county council clearly states they use POHWER for advocacy when phoning POHWER they state that they provide no advocacy in Norfolk at all. I am at my wit's end. They also could not find anyone in Norfolk that advocates for adults community services adult social care.
I now have to start again claiming PIP because she took my forms
It was bad, the advocate communicated poorly. Ignored my questions and seemed to reply using prescripted replies, robotic and no support or compassion. No attempt to discuss anything.
