Reepham & Aylsham Medical Practice

We registered recently. I don't find it as good here as my last surgery. I find that we have to chase them for things like blood tests. The communication is a bit off.

They listen, the appointments are there when you need. I've got no problems whatsoever, they're good.
At our last place we would get messages when are medication was ready to be collected but we don't get that here which we miss.

It's all rather confusing. My first appointment got cancelled which I waited weeks for. It was fine when I got in there. It's just general confusion I think, one professional tells you one thing and another tells you something different, it's just hit and miss. The people are generally kind they just don't tell you things and they don't tell the receptionists which makes them look stupid.
I'm not sure that it's a money thing, I think it's the general organisation of it. They're probably alrigh ... t once you get in but it's all confusing. They're not singing from the same hymn sheet.

Generally find them not that useful. The receptionists can be a little sharp, short and not very kind. They can be quite rude to people.
They don't want to work with you, the information and feedback you get from them just isn't their, they're really hard to work with.
There is room for improvement, the other surgery is heaving and this one is empty, says it all really, obviously something is going wrong.
I had the new Dr the other day and he was very good, he gave the time and patience bu ... t this isn't always the case with others. When you come they should give you the time and support, that's what you come for.

I have something quite rare and we all struggle with it. They do the best they can. I feel supported by the surgery. I think they have caught up with my health situation. The only other thing is that mental health services don't seem to get involved, and they should! But we're all different aren't we. The nurses are wonderful. They re-assure me.

Never had a problem with them, they're always very polite. I had to have a blood test which I get apprehensive about but they always make it very tolerable.

They're always very pleasant and very helpful. They are always prepared to go the extra mile.
The pharmacy is brilliant and reception is kind.
The only thing is that you don't see the same person, it would be nice if you didn't have to explain your history to someone new every time.

It's been alright. There is nothing wrong within the surgery, but there are too many people. There are so many new houses being built here. How will the surgeries cope? The care that I receive is fine. It takes longer to see a doctor and the wait time can be three to four weeks. People are seeing the doctors but I'm sure half the time people could be seeing a nurse.

The hospital expect one thing and the surgery expect another. It doesn't always marry up. The surgery have been very good with supporting me to administer injections.

It's fine as far as I'm concerned. The only thing is, we don't know who our GP is. But I guess we can ask. I've seen a practice nurse the last couple of times and they were excellent. The communication is pretty good. I get texts and they seem pretty on the ball.
