Shipdham Surgery

Always helpful and good. It's a shame that there isn't more permanent members of staff as continuity is not as good.

I've been with this surgery since I was born and I've never had a problem. Everybody does their best for you.
I am concerned about the amount of houses being built. Will they get so full that I'm told I have to go elsewhere? I've heard that happen to people at other surgeries and I'd be really upset by that.

It's fantastic. They're just lovely, I haven't met anybody at the reception that's not been nice. I wouldn't want to change it.

It's fine, no problems. They're pleasant people who are happy to sort you out.

I've just moved here so it's only the second time I've been but it's been good - no waiting around. The registration process was a dream, very straightforward and quick.

It's brilliant except one person on reception who doesn't seem to like her job. She's so abrupt. She was snappy last week when she made a mistake and no apology came when it transpired she was wrong. Why is she like that? It's a shame as it spoils the rest of the surgery. Other than that it's perfect.
The doctors and nurses are nice and the lady on reception today was polite and smiling.

I can always get an appointment. I like the staff, I've been here for 5 years, I like the doctor.

The only thing is car parking, if I can't get in the car park when I bring my husband I can't get him across the road in his wheelchair and that's the only mark down. They've been superb in all fairness. They have a good system for appointments, I can ring up and speak to someone or I can use the NHS app

It's absolutely brilliant to be fair. I can always get an appointment and I'm here monthly for blood tests.
They're really friendly and helpful. They remind me if I forget anything.
My mother's registered here too and they're always really accommodating for her.
