St Clements Surgery

Getting an appointment can be tricky as there can be a queue on the phone, however when you get through I get an appointment. They are good with my medications, I find it brilliant. If you forget they are very good at sorting it out. I have no need to moan. They are very responsive, I was very worried about a condition and they got me sorted and referred very quickly. It's all very good.

The prescription service is good, they work well with the local pharmacy, the NHS app is brilliant for repeats.
Appointments are good and reception always accommodating in trying to get you in.
They could do with a few more doctors, sometimes you can only see a nurse and you just want to see a doctor.
Overall as a surgery they do pretty well.

They are always good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I get appointments when I need them and the Nurse Practitioner is very good.

I always get an appointment and there are no issues if you call on the day. I like that the pharmacy is here and all the staff are great.

It's quick to get an appointment. They are very considerate for mental health and are great with children. We have moved from another area and I think it's incredible and a blessing to us. I think it's incredible. I think the doctors go above and beyond for me and my family.

It's absolutely 5 star. The doctor is great and the phlebotomist is brilliant. The whole thing is good, it's a really nice surgery. I don't feel rushed , they never rush me and things are explained so well.

I feel completely fobbed off, I know my body and I know that something was wrong, it took a lot to get them to refer me to the hospital and when they did it was for an x-ray which I knew would not show up anything so it was then a fight for an MRI which did show the problem and I am now being seen by the consultant but it takes ages for result to come from the hospital to here, they are still waiting for some from January.
They sent me a text for a health check and the nurse was was good, they ... picked up I was missing a test so they booked me in for that. Getting an appointment is fine and the reception team has improved.

In general everything is okay, I have had one bad experience where I felt like I wasn't listen too and because of that it was a long time to get the medication I needed but other than that I have no problems. The reception team are normally very good and getting an appointment is okay. Simon is very good.

I didn't have to wait for an appointment, I called this morning and got in today. I was diagnosed quickly and I was very happy with the outcome after my appointment with the nurse.

I think if I am honest what makes it great is the frontline reception team, they are not gate keepers like in other surgeries. Having the pharmacy here is great, they are absolutely brilliant. I thought my asthma was getting bad and there was not space for me to see the asthma nurse that day but they got me in to see someone and it was sorted. The doctors are brilliant, they do not clock watch.
