It is now all but impossible to book an appointment. I just want to book my annual review and a PSA test.
Calling the surgery redirects you to online services but there are no appointments to book - literally none available. I understand resources are stretched, but this is crazy.
I just want to book something with a nurse - I don't necessarily need a doctor.

... s costs nothing but clearly that concept escaped this particular receptionist.
Emailed the Practice Manager with a complaint but received no reply.

I managed to get an appointment for the same day for a suspected chest infection. Clinician was very thorough and considered my other health conditions and the best way to manage my health.
Also changed my upcoming blood test to the same day to prevent me having to go back a week later. Blood test experience was efficient and clinician very reassuring.

They're looking after me very well. I can get appointments because I've got an ongoing condition so they book me in for my next appointments while I'm there. No complaints!

I get in fine when I want to be seen.

Unable to order repeat prescriptions on the telephone. process for ordering repeat prescriptions on the net is horrendous.
I set up an account, wasn't able to use because I needed a password which I need to get from the practice. Emailed the practice.
They haven't sent me a password. Emailed the practice to order essential medication.
reply was to ask which tablets I would like to order.
The ones which are on your record! Very uncaring at a time when I am extremely stressed

... in the first place as there was nothing wrong with my sight, and they've said I need my other eye done but I'm definitely not having that.
I saw a different optician who told me there's very slight clouding but nothing that needed an operation and could have been left two years before another review.

I go once a week to have my bandages changed. The nurse Loraine is really nice, I get on well with her and the other staff.

I've followed my GP through different practices and so they understand all my issues, I get on well with them. I have to go in every week and I book my next appointments while I'm in there.

First contact, triarge, affirming phone conversation about my issue, with Dr Churchman, decision, with which I feel fully involved...... both reception staff very helpful ( on the phone and at Newmarket Rd.). Thank-you
