I have advanced form of cancer. I get quick response from the team when I use the NHS app to contact them. They make an appropriate appointment for me, whether treatment or advice. They liaise well with my hospital oncology and orthopaedic team. They send confirmation and reminders of bookings by text and are understanding that because of my condition I may on rare occasions need to reschedule appointments at short notice.
As surgeries go, it's brilliant. The surgery here has done everything they can for me. I can only praise them. The care is good and the staff are brilliant. I've no complaints at all. Absolutely brilliant.
When I booked an appointment I had to answer a questionnaire over the phone to see whether I could have an appointment or not. The doctor is lovely; I couldn't wish for a more lovely doctor. Ever so nice. She explains everything to me.
Terrible. It's dire. Prescriptions are hardly ever ready. There was information that they didn't let me know about. I very rarely see a proper doctor. I think I had Long Covid but they didn't seem particularly interested in that.
Excellent service, ten out of ten! No problems whatsoever. I can enquire about appointments online and they call back the same day to make an appointment. The care is perfect. Whenever I have needed them they have always been there for me.
There is a sign up saying you have to fill out a form, which is a little off-putting for people. I haven't been offered a health check.
Prescriptions are usually a week late. I have a problem because my NHS App doesn't have all of my prescriptions on, so I can't pre-order them. The staff are overworked. I have nothing but admiration for them. I have to get appointments online now, which I don't mind. It works. But I have multiple conditions; how am I supposed to know which ones to prioritise?
The surgery has been very good. The new appointment booking service works okay for us. You do the form and they ring back. Other than a couple of glitches it's been very good. I have no problem with the care.
It's always been fine. I moved to the area a couple of years ago. My previous ailments have been looked at. They have referred back to the hospital when needed. I get my jabs. The only thing I don't like is the sign on the counter saying "please don't lean on the counter", which I think is a bit negative to be greeted with.
My personal thoughts are that the surgery is very good. I've got no complaints at all. The staff are always kind and helpful. They explain what they're doing. The care is good. I certainly wouldn't want to change anything.
