Stalham Staithe Surgery

Completed the online appointment request and had a call back within less than 10 minutes, with an appointment offered for the same day. The surgery has always been quick to find an appointment for any urgent health concerns.
In this day and age, this is something that cannot be taken for granted, and I am sure is a reflection of the effort the surgery makes in ensuring the greatest care for its patients. We cannot fault the helpfulness of all the staff. Feel very blessed and relieved to have s ... uch a wonderful doctors surgery and one we would not hesitate to recommend.

I've just paid a lot of money for a letter from the doctor. A lot of money! So if you want my feedback, you've just heard it!

Well, I think they're alright actually. They're not as good as they used to be. They never seem to be quite up to date, especially with my medication. When they are up to date though, it all works well. I especially love the 24 hour machine. You get a code and it's very easy. I suppose they're okay really.

I think it's fine. You don't get to see a doctor that often. I normally see a nurse practitioner and they are all good. The people on reception will do anything for you. I can't fault it really. In this day and age most surgeries are struggling aren't they. But they help you out here. The attitude here is bang on. They can only do what they can do. I wouldn't fault it.

They are good, but what disappoints me is trying to get an appointment. I find the new triage system annoying. I don't like it. You can't be sure how you'll feel when the doctor calls you back. In general they are okay, it's just the new appointment system. That is the bugbear. I know I'm not the only one saying the same thing. I'd give the new system zero if I could!

They are perfect. The staff on reception are all really lovely. The doctors are kind and thorough. Picking up medication could do with some tweaking. I normally use the machine but sometimes I don't get sent the email. Everything is fine though, apart from that.

They have been wonderful. They were brilliant with my husband. I have no complaints whatsoever. I couldn't fault them. I've just been in for myself and they were very good with me. They are excellent.

The only problem we have is getting appointments. I would rather see a GP! I get appointments with nurse practitioners and I'm reasonably happy with them, to be fair. I'm sure there was at one point some sort of email appointment service but that seems to have tailed off. Perhaps that's just my expertise with computers!

They are generally good. I have a number of conditions. I feel, especially the dispensary, that they are completely over worked. I think they all do a good job but I think its run on too much of a shoestring. The frontline staff seem to be really put upon. The doctors are pretty good. I don't think the surgery is as proactive as it could be. You always seem to be queuing here. But the care itself is good! It's not the fault of frontline staff.

Perfect. They are very nice. They listened to my concerns. I saw a nurse practitioner. I wasn't waiting long. Everything went well today. However, I would give it a three only, because of the length of time I've had to wait for an appointment in the first place.
