We went back to pick up our prescription paperwork and all of a sudden the script was ready yet we were not informed. The pharmacist had an awful attitude, rolled his eyes, called us a lier as he “never offered to call other pharmacies” even got his colleagues to agree.
In the end gave us a sarcastic choice of either taking the prescription or provide us with paperwork to go elsewhere
They always have what I require here. They are good at letting me know if stuff isn't ready yet, but it's usually always a quick service. The communication is good, they always text or call me when my prescriptions are ready.
I think it's brilliant. I know the pharmacist by name and he knows me. All the staff there are great, everyone is very nice. I can't fault it.
