I recently saw a doctor who was helpful and referred me to the hospital. I was seen after 2-3 months when I'd told it would be a 9-month wait so that was good. I booked through the Patchs system and the process worked OK because it wasn't urgent.

I had an interview with the diabetic nurse and she was first class. She's given me good advice over the years. I go twice a year for check-ups and they contact me in time to have them done. In general, they're usually good.

Patchs is horrible, to get through the system is difficult. Me and my partner have the same email address so it's not accepted, and they keep changing the password. It's very frustrating. I was told I couldn't book in person, I had to use Patchs but it doesn't work. Older people really struggle with it. I don't like that you can't always see a doctor. I don't understand what the different roles are.

I saw a neurologist on November 18th who then sent a letter out on November 20th to me and the practise. It asked one of the doctors to review the Sertraline tablets I have been taking.
Having waited for at least four weeks I heard nothing. I rang them and they told me that they would get someone to phone me.
Again nothing. I am annoyed that this is ongoing and feel let down.

after going to surgary friday afternoon to see a nurse was told by the reseptionist to come back at 08.30 monday to see the nurse went back on monday to be told by the same woman that weve got nothing today and made me an appointment at another surgary at 11.
30 it now meens that i will miss a plummers appointment mulbarton surgary is getting worse after being wit them for 50 years im now thinking about changing surgarys

... s just an unacceptable GP service.

They've been very good with my husband. I've learnt navigate how to access appointments.

I had a lovely appointment, she was very polite, nice, friendly and efficient. It was a diabetes review and she put me at ease.
The nursing side of things is lovely but getting hold of doctors is 'difficult' shall we say. Because they're in a group you sometimes get sent to the other villages.
It's OK as I drive but there's no bus routes so I don't know what I'll do when I get older.

I think it's good here. It is hard to get appointments by phone but if you come in and deal with them personally they're good. An improvement would be better access to appointments by phone.
