They're very disorganised so I don't get my prescriptions here any more. They make you wait five days instead of three and then you have to wait inside there for about an hour!

It's a nightmare basically! You order online and leave it passed the time it should be in and it's still not ready. There's always such a long wait.

You get a good service at the pharmacy

It's terrible. I book my tablets online and I still have to wait for them even though it's a regular repeat. It's not very private, there's no space to talk where people can't hear. It looks dangerous - they're always stepping over boxes, someone's going to have an accident.

I find the staff professional and they keep calm in challenging situations, I have seen other members of the public shout and be very rude to them. There has been a few mistakes and items missing but they do sort it out although it can take a little while.
They need to up the staffing levels as there is not enough staff to cope with the volume of work.

I am new to this pharmacy and so far I have not had any problems, I find they are efficient and on the ball

I find it great, they always have what I need so I have no complaints, considering everything that is going on I think they are doing well. It would be helpful if the staff did not keep changing and they had the opportunity to get to know regular customers.

I don't have any problems with this pharmacy. I put in my repeat prescription and it is always ready when I expect it to be, I don't find you have to wait long either. I think the service is the same as it was before Covid.

They are always there to serve you and they open long hours.

It has improved recently. I am on life saving medication and they always have it ready on time.
I had a query about my prescription as it was saying I had no repeats left and I was not seeing the consultant for another few months, I phoned then and straight away they sorted it out with no problems. They just need more staff.
